- Experience in manned – and ideally unmanned aviation maintenance
- A&P with experience managing teams, operations, and budgets in a repair station or Part 135 shop
- Self-starting entrepreneur who can recognize market trends and growth opportunities
- Enjoys creating leading-edge programs and working with customers, vendors, and OEMs
