Rupprecht Law P.A. secures Part 107 night waiver for Red Raptor

Well done to Jonathan, his client Red Raptor has been granted a Part 107 night waiver from the FAA to operate nationwide in Class G airspace.

Waivers issued on Monday, the day came into force were previously applied for by 333 operators and members of the FAA Pathfinder program.

It is not yet known how long it will take for those applying now.
