Orqa Delivers Advanced Military FPV Drone Training to Spanish Army
Orqa’s Training Team, working alongside their local Spanish partners, has successfully delivered an Advanced Military FPV (First-Person View) Drone Operator Course for the Spanish Army.
The advanced training programme was designed to build directly upon the participants’ existing knowledge. Utilising Orqa’s flagship MRM2-10 drones, the cohort was immersed in realistic tactical scenarios that specifically focused on the deployment and integration of FPV assault team roles within modern operations.
Rather than standard operator instruction, the core objective of this initiative follows a strategic “train the trainers” model. By establishing a highly skilled initial pool of specialists, the Spanish Army is now equipped to scale this expertise internally.
“The ultimate aim is to build a self-sustaining culture of competency, ensuring the Spanish Army becomes entirely self-sufficient in training future FPV drone units.”
As unmanned aerial systems continue to redefine the modern battlefield, this successful collaboration highlights Orqa’s commitment to delivering cutting-edge, scalable defence solutions to NATO allies.
