AutoFlight Showcases Advanced Air Mobility During Games of the Future 2026 in Astana, Kazakhstan

AutoFlight, a global leader in Advanced Air Mobility (AAM), together with its strategic partner Alatau Advance Air Group Ltd. (AAAG), is showcasing Advanced Air Mobility through live electric vertical takeoff and landing (eVTOL) demonstration flights and themed activities during the Games of the Future 2026 in Astana, Kazakhstan.

AutoFlight successfully completed its first Air Taxi demonstration flight in Astana on 24 July. The demonstration was conducted with special approval from the Aviation Administration of Kazakhstan and attended by more than 300 guests, including Assistant to the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan Mr. Kuanyshbek Yessekeyev, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the People’s Republic of China to the Republic of Kazakhstan Mr. Han Chunlin, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Korea to the Republic of Kazakhstan Mr. Jung Ki Hong, Director General of the Aviation Administration of Kazakhstan Michael Daniel, as well as representatives from government, industry and the media. Director General Michael Daniel recognized the demonstration as an important step toward advancing AAM in Kazakhstan.

As one of the world’s leading international “phygital” tournaments, Games of the Future 2026 brings together more than 800 competitors from over 50 countries across eight disciplines, combining elite physical competition with digital gaming. Following demonstration flights, the ton-class eVTOL aircraft will remain on display throughout the Games of the Future 2026 as part of the official public exhibition.

Following AutoFlight’s successful first eVTOL flight in Alatau City in May 2026, the Astana demonstration marks another milestone in the company’s continued expansion across Central Asia. Through its strategic partnership with AAAG, AutoFlight is supporting the development of Advanced Air Mobility in Kazakhstan, where continued investment in aviation innovation, smart infrastructure and regional connectivity is creating strong momentum for the industry.
