Approved For Flight Over People: AVSS’s Drone Parachute For the DJI Matrice 4 Series Now Compliant

After completing the ASTM F3322 compliance test (49 parachute deployments) along with other steps required per the AVSS FAA-approved Means of Compliance, AVSS – Aerial Vehicle Safety Solutions (AVSS) is proud to announce that the DJI Matrice 4 Enterprise and DJI Matrice 4 Thermal are now approved for Category 2, flight over people with the AVSS PRS-M4S.With this recent approval, drone pilots in the USA can now operate the DJI Mavic 3 Series, DJI M3D/TD, and DJI Matrice 4 Series over people under the Category 2 compliance declaration and avoid wasting time and resources on 107.39 waivers.The PRS-M4S is built on the reliable hardware and software architecture of the previous PRS-M3E and PRS-M3DT product lines with aerospace and automotive grade quality. |

New orders being placed for the PRS-M4S are being delivered in August.
