AERIUM Analytics Inc. Acquires Assets of Clear Flight Solutions B.V.

AERIUM Analytics Inc. (“AERIUM”) is pleased to announce the acquisition of all assets of Clear Flight Solutions B.V. (operating as The Drone Bird Company), effective May 1, 2025. The acquisition was completed through AERIUM’s newly established, wholly owned subsidiary based in the Netherlands: AERIUM Analytics B.V.

This strategic acquisition enhances AERIUM’s capabilities in wildlife and habitat management and expands its presence in global markets where sustainable bird deterrence is essential. Clear Flight Solutions was renowned for its biologically inspired fixed-wing drone technology, designed specifically for bird control. The integration of this technology complements AERIUM’s existing portfolio, including the patented flapping-wing RoBird™ drone.
