ResilienX Appoints Aviation Industry Leader Michelle Duquette to Board of Advisors

ResilienX, Inc., a leader in safety assurance and automation solutions for next-generation airspace operations, proudly announces the appointment of Michelle Duquette, a seasoned Aviation Executive Strategist, to its Board of Advisors. This strategic addition underscores ResilienX’s commitment to advancing innovation and operational excellence across the uncrewed systems and advanced air mobility (AAM) sectors.

Michelle brings to ResilienX a wealth of experience spanning more than two decades across both the commercial airline industry and federal government advisory roles. As Founder and CEO of 3 MAD Air, she has cemented her reputation as a leading consultant on uncrewed aircraft systems (UAS), AAM operations, civil-military integration, and public-private partnerships. Her career has been defined by a mission-driven approach to bridging engineering and operations, facilitating collaboration, mitigating risks, and crafting compelling narratives that drive change.

Prior to founding 3 MAD Air, Michelle was a Senior Principal at The MITRE Corporation, where she managed a multi-million-dollar research portfolio. Her work at MITRE focused on drone and AAM risk assessments, technical efficiencies for the FAA, aerospace forecasting, security vulnerability analyses, and harmonizing cross-agency UAS integration strategies. In this role, she provided objective counsel to FAA and Department of Defense executives, fostering government-industry collaboration and navigating the complex FAA approval landscape.

Her leadership extends beyond her consultancy, as Michelle serves on several influential boards and committees, including the DRONERESPONDERS Advisory Board supporting public safety initiatives and the XPONENTIAL Executive Steering Committee for the Association for Uncrewed Vehicle Systems International (AUVSI). Her unique blend of persistence, operational creativity, and ability to navigate complex stakeholder environments has made her a sought-after leader and advisor.

“We are thrilled to welcome Michelle to the ResilienX Board of Advisors,” said Andrew Carter, CEO of ResilienX. “We found, through our previous interactions, that her vision for what the industry needs and our corporate roadmap were very much aligned. Our goal, together, is to take that vision and put the technical solutions in place to turn our shared vision into a solution.

Michelle has already been helping us formulate strategy and expand our network. We are excited to formalize this relationship by adding her as an official ResilienX Advisor!”

“I am honored to join the ResilienX Board of Advisors,” said Michelle Duquette. “The company’s mission to enable safe, resilient, and scalable airspace operations aligns deeply with my passion for advancing the future of aviation. ResilienX’s forward-thinking approach to automation and safety assurance is exactly what the industry needs as we navigate the complexities of integrating uncrewed systems into the national airspace. I look forward to contributing to their continued growth and innovation.”

Michelle’s appointment comes at a pivotal time for ResilienX as the company continues to expand its footprint, delivering innovative software products that enhance safety, resilience, and automation for critical airspace operations.
