submission, “Modular Open Architecture UAS Test Platform System of Systems,” has been
accepted for in-person presentation at the 2023 AIAA Aviation Forum 12 Jun – 16 Jun.

The eighteen-page Modular Open Architecture UAS Test Platform System of Systems is an in-
depth look at the everyday use and evolution of autonomous LTA (Lighter Than Air) platforms
for research and development. The paper also highlights Galaxy’s innovation roadmap for
DoD/DAF SBIR/STTR research toward regulatory acceptance and finally realizing the dual-use
commercial goal.
