Altus acquires Innoflight Technology

Altus UAS International Limited moves to acquire InnoFlight Technology Limited

NEW ZEALAND – Altus UAS International Limited “Altus” is very pleased to announce that it has begun the process to acquire Taiwan-based Innoflight Technology Limited. (“INF”). The deal will see Altus take on all of Innoflight’s assets with the resulting formation of a new combined Taiwan operation to be named Altus Innovation.

The Directors of INF have unanimously approved the deal offered by Altus, and INF’s current management team and employees are expected to remain with Altus Innovation, continuing to develop existing products while also enhancing the capabilities of Altus, their technology and manufacturing supply chain.

Completion of the acquisition is expected to be finalised by February 2017.
