The baseline is established (250 grams), and we have standards to test too. The only other fresh idea I can add or offer for 2016 is a UAS NAS integration, Czar. The position should be at the DOT (G13), and someone that who is recognized as fair, objective and trustworthy by the majority of stakeholders. Empirical commercial drone experience would also be very nice, but I don’t want to sound like I am asking for too much.
