LeddarOne, the novel optical range finder from LeddarTech that was recently introduced for drone altimetry applications, is now being offered at the affordable price of $115. Rapidly growing demand in the UAS market for highly reliable height-above-ground measurement sensors that feature the patented Leddar technology has motivated the reduced pricing structure, a clear indication of LeddarTech’s strong commitment to supporting this industry’s rapid evolution.

LeddarOne optical altimeters measure the backscattered signal from infrared light pulses to deliver fast and highly accurate height-above-ground-level (AGL) measurements, which fulfill the drone market’s stringent requirements for takeoff and landing applications as well as in-flight height AGL measurements—both outdoors and indoors.
