REQUIREMENTS
Responsibilities
- Qualify leads, upkeep e-commerce and CRM databases, and perform market analytics
- Follow-up on sales opportunities by email, phone and in-person; close deals
- Consult with clients on our cutting-edge technology and provide them tailored advice/solutions
- Screen channel applications
- Nurture and increase channel sales
- Create sales quotes and invoices, perform follow-ups, manage licenses
- Travel to trade shows, meetings, and headquarters in Switzerland
- Provide software demonstrations
- Perform administrative tasks
Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in geography, engineering, or environmental sciences
- Experience in sales or customer support
- Knowledge of GIS, geomatics engineering, geospatial industry, mapping
- English, perfectly written and spoken; Spanish is a plus
- Customer oriented, cares about solving problems
- Independent and well organized
- Flexible and open minded to feel at home in a start-up environment
- Ability to travel on short notice
