Sensible conditions and language familiar to aviation professionals the proposed SACAA amendments to Civil Air Regulations make for interesting reading.

I especially like the reference to the kinetic energy of the platform. A very sensible way of deciding whats safe in the NAS.

South Africa enjoys wide open spaces with very little air traffic outside of Gauteng.

Being mostly hot and high will present issues for the smaller airframes.
