SkyeBrowse To Offer Free 3D Modeling

SkyeBrowse To Offer Free 3D Modeling

Users can now generate SkyeBrowse 3D models at no cost

SkyeBrowse, the fastest and easiest drone reality capture platform, announced it will now offer a free version of its app with limited features.

At no cost, users can download the SkyeBrowse app, fly a mission using a supported drone, and upload the video to generate a basic 3D model. Users can also fly a wide-range mapping WideBrowse mission.

However, to access further features, including measurements, annotations and factual diagrams, they will need to upgrade to SkyeBrowse Premium. All new users can currently try Premium free for two weeks.

“We wanted to make SkyeBrowse more accessible to everyone, so we’ve decided to make our basic product free to anyone who wants to try it out and make 3D models,” said SkyeBrowse co-founder and CEO Bobby Ouyang. “It’s easy enough for beginners and advanced enough for enterprise users. We hope that the product will speak for itself and create curiosity to try more features.”

SkyeBrowse uses patented videogrammetry technology to build 3D models that are accurate to the centimeter. With one button press, the SkyeBrowse app will command a drone to autonomously fly and capture video footage. When the footage is uploaded to the SkyeBrowse website, the processing technology layers thousands of video frames to create a 3D model in minutes.

It is offered at several package levels with accompanying features including newly launched SkyeBrowse Hyper, which creates a hyper-realistic, textured 3D model with 500% faster processing speed. Other add-ons are available for purchase, such as step-by-step training modules, and more are coming soon.

SkyeBrowse is used by over 300 agencies across the US and has saved over 20,000 man hours on traditional accident reconstruction.
