Watch – DJI drone operator targeted in Ukraine?

Is this proof of counter UAS products being on the Ukrainian battlefield? The camera timestamp says 15/9/2016.

We know DJI’s own counter-drone system is in the hands of the Russian military and it would be the most straightforward way to find not only the drone but the operator as well.
