Neuron wins at Revolution Aero!
  • London-based tech startup wins at respected aviation pitch competition
  • They pitched against five other high quality aviation startups to take first place

Last week Neuron participated in Revolution Aero’s pitch competition, which is one of the leading supporters of aviation start-ups globally. The competition was an opportunity to get Neuron in front of potential investors, partners and customers, alongside other innovative aviation start-ups who were on their own fundraising journeys.

As well as receiving unique validation from industry insiders, investors and other market experts, Revolution Aero partners can also provide investment, mentoring and introductions.

We were shortlisted with five other companies who were all invited to pitch to a panel of aviation industry experts. We then received comments and feedback from the judges before being voted as winners!

“We are delighted to win Revolution Aero’s pitch competition, which is held in high
regards within the aviation start-up community. We were up against some fierce
competition, with some great businesses pitching to established aviation investors
and subject matter experts. It is great to see our hard work recognised, and this helps to validate that we are offering something that the market needs right now. We look forward to following up with potential investors and partners over the coming weeks”

Upon selecting Neuron as winner, Yesh Premkumar (national partnership lead, Hyundai
    Urban Air Mobility) said:
“In terms of what the market needs right now – especially with the migration towards
electric aviation for passenger and cargo – Neuron has the most value. It needs a
partner to create the product around their capability. Someone has to create a user
interface for a national usable product.”
The team at Neuron would also like to extend congratulations to Sky Stations, who won the
public vote. We look forward to having discussions with some of the start-ups and investors
who reached out to us after the event.
