BATCAM Engineer

BATCAM has an exciting opportunity to become part of our small, but busy team, for a fast growing company in a niche market.

BATCAM is looking for an engineer who is an enthusiastic, positive thinker, self-starter, lover of tech, problem solver and open-minded to learn many new skills.

BATCAM is the UK leader in live aerials from our BATCAM UAV systems. We work weekly on large scale events, from Premier League to Champions League football to Horse Racing, Cricket, Rugby, Athletics, plus the odd wacky post shoot in between. We regularly work with blue-chip clients such as BT Sport, Sky, BBC and ITV. As well as our aerial systems we have a suite of specialist cameras including wire and rail camera systems.

The new team member will be part of the day to day operations of the company. From office days, which requires trouble shooting and fixing equipment, to prepping kit for future events. Or shoot days which could involve flying BATCAM. The person will of course be trained on our systems, some previous experience on RC/drone/UAV’s is a bonus but not essential. As new equipment/tech arrives at BATCAM we are looking for people who can quickly get stuck in and find new elements of the technology that can apply to our existing businesses. Someone who pursues the best possible quality and can always find fault in their work.

Above all, we are looking for positive people who have a can do attitude.

Need to have skills:
Engineering knowledge
Soldering skills
Driving licence

Drone Piloting skill
