UAV Factory USA Sales Manager

UAV Factory USA is expanding and actively seeking a Sales Manager to coordinate B2B and B2C sales throughout the Americas. The company is going through a rapid business expansion phase and the position requires a professional leader, excellent team-builder and a mentor capable of developing a strategic vision and architecting the processes. This person will be responsible for forecasting sales, meeting sales quotas, and closing. This position answers directly to the VP.

Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to business strategy development or other strategic projects as appropriate
  • Manage customers, project pipeline, and review with management on a weekly basis
  • Responsible for sales lead follow up, channel development, and sell-in to achieve quota assigned
  • Online and/or in person presentations of UAV Factory products and solutions
  • Keeping daily records of both inside and outside sales quotes, sales lead distributions, and tracking incoming calls
  • Work with company leadership to define customer requirements
  • Provide customer and agent product support
  • Engage with new and existing sales channels to strengthen sales
  • Provide market insight and competitive analysis to propose strategical product and go-to-market suggestions

REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum 3 years direct experience in commercial and/or military UAS sales business, or 5 years of sales experience in related business
  • Proven experience sculpting and writing responses to RFPs
  • A Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Engineering
  • Knowledge in commercial and military UAS and Payload application
  • Demonstrated technical expertise in UAS operation and workflow
  • Excellent sales and communication skills
  • Strong critical thinking and problem solving skills
  • Independent self-starter who can also function effectively in teams.
  • Proven ability to understand and grow revenue in new markets.
  • Able to travel worldwide

PREFERRED

  • Strong capability to do research, penetrate and sell-in potential UAS agents and end-users
  • A Masters Degree in Business
  • Fluent in speaking English and Spanish
  • Strong understand of the FAA and International UAS regulations
