First DRONEMASTERS MeetUp in the U.S

The DRONEMASTERS from Berlin, Germany are inviting to their first DRONEMASTERS MeetUp in the U.S. It will take place in San Francisco on Oct., 20th and will be hosted by Nightingale Security.

DRONEMASTERS MeetUps are an established series of events in Europe to network with startups, corporates, investors, public stakeholders and scientific institutions across all industries and branches. They connect professionals and amateurs, who are interested in drones and automated mobility. In the past 12 months, they organized 23 MeetUps with more than 1,000 participants in total. With the DRONEMASTERS Summit, they have reached about 100,000 visitors in March 2016 ( They just invented the DRON-A-THON, the world’s first Marathon for commercial drones ( and organized a first conference on drone logistics –  DRONEMASTERS Logistics ( in September. In 2017 they are already planning for their 2nd DRONEMASTERS Convention in Berlin and more DRONEMASTERS MeetUps across Europe and the U.S.

On Oct 20 DRONEMASTERS want to connect hemispheres to accelerate the drone revolution. In San Francisco they will present Cary Savas from Nightingale Security, who speaks about robotic aerial security for corporations. Sarah L. Bruno, Partner at Arent Fox LLP gives an overview of privacy and security challenges for unmanned systems.  Ian Smith from DroneDeploy talks about his commercial drones podcast. Maxim Kurennoy, Founder & CEO of Futteralhaus in Berlin presents a self-sufficient smart home that runs on autopilot and serves as a droneport. Lukas Wrede from skycart presents his plans for the last mile of logistics. Patrick Egan, Managing Partner of sUAS News will talk about the current state of U.S. – European cooperation within the sUAS scene.
