US DataWing, LLC acquires UAVRG, LLC (Unmanned Aerial Vehicle Response Group)

datawing

San Antonio Based US DataWing, a drone service provider specializing in the Oil and Gas and insurance industries, purchased UAVRG – a drone emergency response company.  With this purchase, DataWing establishes a national presence and multiple contracts with emergency response companies.  UAVRG will remain as the national partner network of DataWing where well qualified small UAV companies can benefit from DataWing’s national contracts.

“The acquisition of UAVRG is a big step for both companies.  There were too many synergies between the two companies to pass up the deal.  It makes complete sense.” – Steven Fargo, Vice President, DataWing

With the acquisition DataWing gains the vast experience of Justin Adams, UAVRG president.  Justin has a distinguished career in emergency response and brings a tremendous amount of knowledge to the DataWing enterprise.  The acquisition expands the DataWing – UAVRG network to 15 cities across the United States with over 40 UAV systems and 10 manned aircraft.
