Local Multi-Media Marketing Company Granted 333 Exemption

Stray Media Group is happy to announce it has received its 333 Exemption from the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA). For Stray Media Group, this means expanding its award-winning video productions services to further benefit its customers. Additional services covered by the exemption now available from this local multi-media marketing company will include aerial photography and videography, agriculture, surveying, search and rescue, and real estate.

By utilizing the emerging media of Unmanned Aircraft Systems (UAS), Stray Media Group is now able to offer video and photography services on a whole new level. The company received its Section 333 Exemption, which provides operators safe and legal entry into the National Airspace System, as well as a Certificate of Authorization (COA), an authorization issued by the Air Traffic Organization to a public operator for a specific UA activity.

Additionally, Stray Media Group was granted permission for closed-set filming, commonly used
for the production of media such as television commercials and branded company videos. Stray
Media Group will also offer its services to other video and photography companies wanting to
legally offer this service to their customers.
