Role – Hybrid – Huntsville, AL

We are seeking an experienced and innovative Product Marketing Manager to design and lead go-to-market (GTM) strategies for PDW’s cutting-edge drone solutions for the defense and public safety sectors. In this role, you will craft compelling marketing campaigns, content, and messaging that inform and connect with customers, demonstrating the value of PDW products.

As part of a dynamic and fast-growing team, you will collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Product, and Engineering teams to deliver impactful sales tools and marketing materials that position PDW as a market leader. Reporting directly to the VP of Marketing, this role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in a high-growth, mission-driven organization. The ideal candidate will thrive in an innovative, fast-paced environment, take initiative, and translate technical information into compelling marketing deliverables.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute GTM strategies, including new product launches and sustainment campaigns, in collaboration with key stakeholders in Marketing, Sales, Product, and Engineering.
Serve as liaison between Marketing and Product, ensuring accurate and consistent messaging across all channels.
Develop and execute pricing strategies by analyzing market trends, customer insights, and competitive positioning to maximize revenue and align product value with customer needs.
Oversee the creation of product marketing materials, including conceptual graphics, videos, and presentations, to support Sales and customer engagement efforts.
Gather customer and competitive insights to inform product positioning, messaging, and key differentiators.
Assist with development of white papers and proposals, and other technical marketing content, including sourcing and managing creative assets (images, photos, copy).
Attend conferences, trade shows, demos as necessary to support Sales team and gather customer feedback.

Requirements

5-7 years of experience in product marketing or related field.
Proven success in developing marketing strategies, executing GTM plans, and collaborating across teams.
Strong ability to translate technical concepts into accessible, compelling marketing content.
Self-motivated and thrives in fast-paced, start-up environment.
B.S. or advanced degree in Marketing, Communications or related field
Experience in U.S. government, defense or public safety sectors.
Knowledge of UAS and drone technologies, preferably in defense or public safety applications.
10-15% travel.

ITAR Requirement

In compliance with International Traffic Arms Regulations (ITAR), candidates must be U.S. Citizens, U.S. Permanent Residents (Green Card holders) or individuals granted asylee/refugee status as defined by 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3).
