Wilson brings 35 years of expertise in the ATA Carnet business that includes carnet bond underwriting, logistics, carnet claims management, client relationship management, cargo insurance, and new product development. Daly brings 30 years of experience and oversees ATA Carnet and Trade Services and IT for USCIB. The USCIB is appointed by U.S. Customs, now an agency of the Department of Homeland Security, to manage the ATA Carnet system in the U.S.  The U.S. Council issues over 20,000 carnets a year covering goods valued at approximately $8 billion dollars.  Boomerang carnets is an ATA Carnet Service Provider to USCIB.
