Nexus Nine Enhanced CAA permissions

Nexus Nine Ltd is pleased to announce the granting of Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) authorisations for conducting UAS operations, inlcuding:

  • Extended Visual Line of Sight (EVLOS);
  • Beyond Visual Line of Sight (BVLOS);
  • Reduced Separation from third parties.

Nexus Nine is now able to operate a range of Small Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (SUAS) at increased height, reduced separation and at increased range for EVLOS flights under exemption from Articles 94(3) of the Air Navigation Order 2016 (ANO). In addition, authorisation for BVLOS operations has been granted, all under the provisions of Nexus Nine’s Operations Manual and supporting safety case.

As a result, Nexus Nine is now recruiting for outstanding UAS operators to join their expanding team.
