UK Livelink Aerospace – Aerospace Engineer

Working within a fun and knowledgeable team to research, design, develop and test Aerospace technologies and product prototypes. The work is centred around the interesting subject of drones and Software Defined Radios (SDR) systems.

Specific knowledge beneficial to the team
• Electronics and microcontrollers
• CAD/CAM and 3D printing
• Programming (e.g. Arduino, Python, C, Matlab)
• Radio controlled systems (From hobby level to more advanced Ardupilot flight controllers)
• Computer Vision
• Motion control (servos, stepper motors)

Duties and key responsibilities

• Researching and developing ideas/solutions to assist the aerospace department in achieving department objectives
• Assisting other members of the team during testing
• Developing an internship project to enhance a product or technology Perks
