Wingcopter Drone Pilot for International Flight Operations
You are enthusiastic about model planes and drones and want to change the world? You want to turn your hobby into a profession and use Wingcopter drones to revolutionize health care in emerging markets?
We – the founders of Wingcopter, a tech startup based in Darmstadt – are looking for you! Our drones are in operation worldwide for commercial and humanitarian applications, from the Arctic to the South Seas Islands.
To support our project team in Africa, we are looking for experienced model plane pilots with aviation knowledge!
Your Duties
• Careful and error-free flight preparation
• Challenging planning of autonomous flight missions beyond line of sight (BVLOS)
• Exploration of air routes, airfields and drop-off sites
• Knowledge transfer and training of local trainee pilots
Our Requirements
• Good English knowledge
• Experience with model planes and troubleshooting skills
• Fancy a several month adventure in rural Africa
• Aeronautical knowledge, if applicable UL or glider certificate
• Risk awareness
• Self-initiative, independent and responsible work
