Rene Worms joins Atmos UAV as Head of Global Sales
The former Managing Director of Leica Geosystems and Topcon Positioning will help fuel Atmos UAV’s international expansion
Delft, the Netherlands—May 8, 2019—Atmos UAV announced that Rene Worms, former Managing Director of Topcon Positioning Europe, will be joining as Head of Global Sales. The well-known strategist and geospatial expert will work towards the international expansion of the professional vertical take-off landing (VTOL) mapping and surveying (fixed wing) drone Marlyn, which is known for its accuracy, ease of use, and highest wind resistance in its class.
Rene Worms’ skills in international sales, sales management, and building business strategies were recognized by the Topcon Positioning Group where he previously worked as the Managing Director. Furthermore, his past working experiences, as Regional Director at Leica Geosystems, and at WB Consulting, are a testament to his passion and show his extensive experience in the industry. Worms is a results-driven, exceedingly knowledgeable and very well-connected individual, who promises to be a charismatic business leader and a great asset for Atmos UAV.
