ESAero has certified the manufacturing centre in San Luis Obispo, CA, as well as the ground and flight test facility located in Oceano, CA.
Successful completion of the audit and certification to the international aerospace quality standard signifies ESAero’s ongoing commitment to meeting and exceeding increasingly stringent industry requirements for aerospace related products in the defense and commercial markets.
The addition of AS9100 and ISO 9001 certification in California strengthens ESAero’s competitive position and standardizes quality processes across the organization. AS9100 is the international quality management system standard for the Aircraft, Space and Defense (AS&D) industry. The standard provides manufacturing suppliers with a comprehensive quality system for rendering safe and reliable products. AS9100 is managed by the International Aerospace Quality Group (IAQG) and based upon ISO 9001.

Operations at ESAero received AS9100 certification following extensive quality management system audits by Intertek Testing Services NA, Inc. located in Kentwood, MI, a premier, accredited management systems registrar.
