Skydio – Social + CRM Marketing Manager

We are seeking a self-motivated Social and Community Marketing Manager to join Skydio, a rapidly growing company combining artificial intelligence and advanced robotics to bring a revolutionary product to market. We are looking for an individual who can drive strategy and execution for current and next-generation products. This individual will be responsible for building out a social strategy for Skydio that helps foster our community and executing it. Also, this individual will lead CRM, building out targeted messages to Skydio’s network.

How you’ll make an impact:

• • Drive strategy and execution across Skydio’s social media presence. Build out a social calendar and working with internal team to drive asset creation.
  • Lead CRM for Skydio, building out a playbook and best practices to drive user acquisition and retention.
  • Foster Skydio’s growing community, transforming Skydio owners into brand evangelists.

Useful attributes:

• • Strong understanding of social media etiquette and best practices.
  • Background in running targeted CRM campaigns tied to clear goals.
  • Analytical thinker that feels comfortable working with data to evolve marketing strategy over time.
  • Efficient, thoughtful, and personable written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to multi-task and effectively prioritize work in a dynamic environment.
  • Interest in drones, consumer technology, social media, and/or photography/video.
