The Plexidrone Coalition – fighting for consumer rights

Plexidrone the Canadian darling of the crowdfunded drone world raised more than $2 million dollars in backing on December 1st 2015. At the time it looked like a very advanced platform.

It is not uncommon for crowdfunded projects to slip on delivery times, in fact, it’s almost expected.

One of our first callout’s of Plexidrone occurred in 2015, sadly for those that sent cash the saga continues.

A new group, the Plexidrone Coalition has stood up to try and drill down to the heart of the matter, the truth.

If you are an aggrieved Plexidrone backer or interested party it might be worth signing up to be kept in the loop.

Taken from their website:-

There is STRENGTH in numbers.

This concept is particularly true with regard to THE PLEXIDRONE COALITION.

The most important element of the COALITION is to gather backers from every corner of the world who are interested in knowing THE TRUTH. … Once armed with truthful information, EVERY BACKER can make his or her mind up as to what they choose to do.

HERE ARE SOME TRUTHS THAT YOU WILL NOT LEARN FROM DREAMQII:

The FEDERAL TRADE COMMISSION has now extended its jurisdiction to BOTH Indiegogo and Kickstarter campaigns. An ENFORCEMENT ORDER can benefit ALL backers, including those who live outside the U.S.

A CLASS ACTION against DreamQii, Inc. that is CERTIFIED by a California Federal Court WILL ALLOW ALL BACKERS to choose whether or not they wish to participate.

A civil action filed in California Superior Court WILL require DreamQii, Inc. and its CEO, Klever Freire, to answer questions and provide business records UNDER OATH.

JOINING THE COALITION DOES NOT MEAN YOU ARE AGREEING TO ANYTHING.

IT DOES MEAN THAT YOU WILL RECEIVE PRIVATE UPDATES INFORMING YOU OF THE PROGRESS MADE AND INFORMATION LEARNED BY THE PLEXIDRONE LITIGATION SUBGROUP.

NO OBLIGATION — NO COST — NO MORE LIES — JUST THE TRUTH
