The International Drone Racing Association (IDRA) has named the Inspired Flight IF700 as the Official Commercial Drone for the remainder of the 2018 Season. As the world’s largest association for recreational and commercial pilots, with hundreds of members on every continent, the IDRA continues to build partnerships with commercial drone manufacturers, organizations, and training programs to further connect and integrate the recreational market with the larger drone industry.
The Inspired Flight IF700, now the Official Commercial Drone of the IDRA, will be integrated with the marketing campaigns of the remaining 15 drone races of the season, including major races like the Dover Finals & Internationals at the Dover International Speedway, in conjunction with NASCAR, on October 4-7.

“We are excited to work with Inspired Flight again,” said Justin Haggerty, President & CEO of the International Drone Racing Association. “The Inspired Flight IF700 is an amazing aircraft, with many commercial applications. Although I haven’t had the opportunity to operate it, there are several technical aspects that peak my interests, like the plug n’fly Bernoulli 3515 motors, retractable landing gear for full 360° imaging, folding arms for compact transportation, and swappable gimbal plates for modular imaging in the field. As claimed by Inspired Flight, this drone can do it all!”
“We are extremely excited to present the IF700 as the official commercial drone of the IDRA and to continue to build our relationship with them.” says Marc Stollmeyer, CEO & Founder of Inspired Flight.
“The IDRA represents some of the best drone pilots in the world, many of whom also operate commercially. The IF700 quadcopter platform will allow these pilots to accomplish any mission required of them due to the fully modular and customizable features of the drone, all at a very attractive price
