Silent FalconTM UAS Technologies Selected by Bridger Aerospace for Department of Interior Call When Needed Services Contract
Silent Falcon UAS Technologies solar electric, fixed wing, long endurance, long-range Unmanned Aircraft System (UAS) has been selected by Bridger Aerospace for its Call When Needed sUAS Services Contract with the US Department of the Interior.
The contract, which is Interior’s first of its kind, will allow the agency to obtain fully contractor-operated and maintained small UAS that are ready when needed to support wildland fire operations, search and rescue, emergency management and other resource missions in the Contiguous 48 States, Hawaii and Alaska.
Silent Falcon UAS Technologies is now one of a limited number of fixed wing UAS that has met the requirements for this operational status. This is an exceptional milestone for Silent FalconTM as it continues to increase the deployment of its Silent FalconTM UAS in a wide variety of commercial, public safety and military applications.
