INVOLI – Head of Engineering
INVOLI is a Swiss-based company which develops and produces air traffic awareness systems for professional drone applications. We enable the safe integration of drones into the air traffic, avoiding collisions and enabling new exciting applications such as drone delivery or drone taxi. Our system provides the currently missing low-altitude air traffic data to drones, allowing a safe and shared sky among all its users. Thanks to an easy-to-use and intuitive platform, drone users can easily access the position of air traffic around their drone and anticipate risks by avoiding the trajectories of surrounding flying objects.
JOB DESCRIPTION
– Pilot the development of our software/hardware solution
– Define a technology roadmap
– Technology scouting
– Manage and grow a team of engineers
– Put in place tools for project management (e.g. Jira)
– Hands-on and ready to help to prototype solutions
REQUIREMENTS
– Previous experience (>3 years) required
– Ability to have a good technical understanding of the system (Software and/or Hardware expertise)
– Able to manage a team, good soft skills
– Project management experience
– Knowledge of Jira or equivalent Software Development Tool
– Can communicate in English and / or French
– Interest in working in the dynamic environment of a startup
– Interest in the field of drones / aviation would be a plus
– Experience in Quality Assurance a plus
– Experience in Patent is a plus
