Medinexo®, airbox technology® & skycart™, sign an agreement for medinexo to be a global distributor of medical drone courier service

Medinexo Company President, Jorge Toro, is very excited to offer franchisees the ability to offer drone delivery of lifesaving medicine, equipment & supply to their clients. The only autonomous medical Drone Delivery System to utilize AirBox keeps packages safe, secure and private while delivering vitally needed parcels. Toro says, “We cannot be happier to join forces with this exciting technology partners. We’re adding a great innovation to our Virtual Care Marketplace.”

Adding to a toolbox that already contains video-enabled telemedicine, patient referral management, chronic care management service, medical tourism, and second opinions via our network of world-class physicians.

MEDINEXO® is a Global Virtual Care Platform designed to turn each point of care into a virtual clinic with endless resources. The MEDINEXO® Marketplace allows our members to locate telehealth services and specialists 24/7, in their patients’ language, when and where they need them.

MEDINEXO is not a provider of telehealth technology nor clinical services. Instead, it advances the rapid growth of telehealth by ensuring the availability of clinical services as needed across geographies, time zones, languages and medical specialties. The result is increased access to care by underserved populations in both the developed and developing world, and now will also be offering Drone Delivery Services with our new partner.

AirBox’ s founder and inventor, Brandon Pargoe, has worked with engineers at Virginia Tech to develop the smart mailbox system that securely receives items delivered by an unmanned aerial drone. Promising to provide much faster service than currently possible and is expected to be used in smart cities as well as rural and rugged environments where infrastructure to travel by land is limited. Mr. Pargoe has teamed up with launch partner, Lukas Wrede of Skycart Incorporated, to distribute the technology. Their aim is to make it possible to deliver goods anywhere in the world, whether it is to remote villages or modern smart cities.
