DJI HR supervisor Carson, CA

As DJI is growing rapidly in the US market, we are looking for an experienced HR Generalist in our Carson, CA offices to support our ongoing expansion. We plan to double our headcount in the US market in the next 12-18 months.

Responsibilities:

-Communicates intensively with the global HR team in DJI headquarters in Shenzhen, China
-Handles employee relations issues, including performance improvement, policy interpretation, and solving employee complaints, etc.
-Administers various human resources plans and strategies for U.S. office
-Conducts training to staff and supervisors
-Recommends new approaches, policies, and procedures to effect continual improvements in efficiency of department and services performed

Requirements:

– Experienced in one or more functions in Human Resources Management, including recruitment, compensation and benefits, employee relations, training and Development, performance appraisal and management, and human resource strategic planning
– 4 – 6 years broad HR experience in U.S .supporting a fast growing organization
– English and Mandarin Chinese bi-lingual background is required
– High-learning agility, open minded, with strong communication skills
– Labor law background is a plus
