The Australian Aviation Authority (CASA) currently has positions open in Sydney,Melbourne,Perth and Brisbane
The Commercial RPAS Inspector is primarily responsible for engaging with existing and intending UOC (ReOC) holders, providing specialist technical support and assessment, as well as the ongoing oversight of RPAS operations. This engagement requires a proficient understanding of risk-management principles and techniques in appreciating and managing the existing and emerging RPAS-related risks, as well as facilitating the further technical and regulatory development of RPAS capability within Australia. Further, in collaboration with the team, the Commercial RPAS Inspector provides a positive and supportive contribution to the continued enhancement of the team’s overall performance.
We are seeking a self-motivated and energetic team player who is able to promote collaborative communication and consultation between industry and CASA through strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
