FAA Grants DCS Part-107 Waiver For Nighttime sUAS Operations

We are pleased to announce that FAA accepted our Petition for Amendment to Section-333 Exemption, and instead, today, FAA Granted our company Part-107 Waiver Approval to conduct Small UAS (sUAS) Nighttime Operations in accordance with our original Section-333 Exemption, and within our nationwide COA, on any of the FAA-approved 1150 sUAS Drone Platforms. It also

It also authorises us to fly within 200-feet above any structure’s immediate uppermost limit. We think these expanded Exemptions are granted because of our decades of direct FAA-Certified Air Traffic Management-ATM expertise (and the fact that I and all our Senior Managers are FAA-Certified ATC Controller Chiefs and Airport Operations Managers, which contributes to our exceptionally-robust Aviation Safety Management Systems-SMS).

This Waiver to conduct Nighttime Operations is a significant expansion of our sUAS Capabilities, and marks us as one of the first USA companies to be granted such Waiver. We do not know of many other companies worldwide that have been granted such Exemption, but it cannot be many. We will immediately commence to include widest range of Nighttime sUAS Missions into our ever-expanding nationwide Customer offerings.
