The Remote Pilot Qualification – small (RPQ-s) course is for those who have flown a drone as a hobby and would like to fly commercially for business purposes. On successful completion of the course, the operator can apply to the CAA for Permissions for Aerial Work.

The course includes:

  • Online training and pre-course reading
  • Two day ground school
  • Flight assessment
  • Assistance with CAA application and recommendation
  • Independent review of accompanying documents
