2014 Small Unmanned System Business Expo

We are quickly approaching May 8th, 2014. Day one of the two day premier Unmanned Systems Business event in the hub of technology innovation, San Francisco California.

The sUAS News group present an offering to attendees to highlight and showcase what makes this area and ideals that lead change in the technology and business culture. The presenters assembled for 2014 Exposition were chosen from among the leaders of global expertise in the field of commercial and science applications for unmanned systems and new technologies.

2014 attendees will hear how end-users are applying UAS in countries that have a legal framework for use of these systems, and the efficiency and savings it has brought to various industries. As well as build the public’s confidence in the positive applications for unmanned technologies. There will not be any military/police applications or aircraft at the SUSB Exposition.

There will be an extended Q&A session focused on the topic of U.S. airspace integration with Jim Williams, manager of the FAA’s Unmanned Aircraft Systems Integration Office (UASIO). There will also be workshops on Search and Rescue and Remote Control Aerial Photography. The SAR workshop will be instructed by the world’s leading expert in the application of sUAS for SAR, Mr. Gene Robinson. The RC AP workshop will be instructed by Mr. Gus Calderon, pilot for Lady, GaGa’s Volantis project. Both will run Friday May 9th and have a very limited number of seats. The event is focused on conveying the knowledge and experience of what it takes to be in and excel in this exciting field. Lunch will be available for both days at an additional cost.
