Rep. Turner to hold UAS hearings in Dayton

DAYTON, Ohio (WDTN) – Unmanned Aerial Systems, or drones, will be the topic of discussion Tuesday in Dayton during a special field hearing of the House Armed Services Tactical Air and Land Forces Subcommittee.

Chaired by local congressman Mike Turner, the subcommittee will tackle the topic of the current and future roles of UAS as well as UAS budget requests for 2014.

The hearing will be held at Sinclair Community College’s building 12 auditorium at 11:30 a.m.
