AUVSI Saguaro Chapter to showcase Unmanned Vehicle Systems at Marine Corps Air Station – Yuma.

The AUVSI Saguaro Chapter confirmed that it will host an Unmanned Vehicle Systems (UVS) Exhibition at the 2013 Marine Corps Air Station Yuma Airshow.

The unified UVS display will showcase the variety, capabilities, deployment and use of unmanned vehicles and robotics for ground, maritime, air and space applications. It will not only provide the opportunity for a glimpse of the latest technologies but will also create awareness and inform students, engineers and the general public on the wide range of programs, application domains and career paths available in the rapidly growing fields of robotics, unmanned and optionally piloted systems.

This year’s Airshow will be held at the Marine Corps Air Station in Yuma, Arizona on March 9th, 2013 – http://www.yumaairshow.com. A free general entrance will give attendees access to the UVS display, military and commercial aerial performances and aircraft static displays.
