The discreetness of the chopper, and its top speeds of 70mph, means it can follow suspects and conduct aerial patrols where traditional police helicopters would never dare to go.

I thought there were interim regulations to follow even for PUBLIC aircraft(COA, etc), not to mention the proabitions againt firing munitions etc from UAS, Sport RC, or manned AC in NAS??? What US police departments are getting away with this?
