The blended wing airframe carries their bespoke autopilot and is conventionally powered. The designers challenge of mounting a camera on a wing in the most aerodynamic way rears its ugly head again. The team have place their camera in a dome underneath the airframe, that must knock out some of the efficiency of the blended wing. As flatter multi camera set-ups become more prevalent that will change. We will keep following the progress of this promising airframe closely.
