US unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) manufacturer General Atomics has prescribed South African lubricant oil for the MQ1 Predator and MQ9 Reaper (pictured). Two Civil Air Patrol (CAP) aircraft have been fitted with a similar sensor turret as used by Predator aircraft. These Cessna aircraft will be used during exercises to train operators on the ground.
