ArgenTech Solutions, Inc., receives FAA 333 Exemption for inspection and emergency response.

ArgenTech Solutions, Inc. (AgTS) received a Section 333 Exemption Certificate of Authorization (COA) to assist in the evaluation and inspection of Public Utilities, Infrastructure, Forest Fire Monitoring and Emergency Public Response Systems.

The 333 Exemptions, as authorized by the FAA Modernization and Reform Act of 2012 (FMRA), are part of the Federal Aviation Administration’s (FAA) processes to provide safe and legal permission to accommodate these and other industry needs and commercial applications as Unmanned Aircraft Systems (UAS) are integrated into the U.S. National Airspace. The AgTS 333 Exemption includes a partnership with 3D Robotics (3DR), North America’s largest consumer and commercial drone manufacturer, and applies to their class-leading Aero-M fixed wing UAS. 3DR is an industry leader in the development of small UAS for both the commercial operator and the private consumer.
