GetFPV to Showcase Amimon’s CONNEX at US National Drone Competition
CONNEX, Amimon’s zero-latency HD wireless video link, will be shown by GetFPV, an Amimon reseller, at their booth during the inaugural National Drone Racing Championship from July 13–17. For the first-time, this competition will bring together top UAV pilots and enthusiasts and give them the opportunity to showcase their machines and skills.

GetFPV will demo the CONNEX unit using their QAV400 airframe with an HD video link to a HeadplayHD headset at their booth throughout the show on July 16-17. The attendees will get a firsthand look at the features of CONNEX, showcasing its full HD video quality and zero-latency transmission. GetFPV is sponsoring the competition, which will feature more than 100 UAV pilots going head to head to see who is best in the field. Prizes totaling $25,000 will be awarded to the winners across three categories: California Style and Agility Course, Invitational Freestyle, and Team Sport.
Delivering full HD video quality with zero-latency transmission, the plug-and-fly CONNEX is ideal for broadcast, inspection, aerial photography, crowd control and other applications that require real-time control of both camera and drone.
