Event 38 and Cegak Teknologi Deliver Drones to Malaysia
Akron, Ohio – Event 38, a leading manufacturer of unmanned aerial vehicles for industrial use, announced a key partnership with Cegak Teknologi, Malaysia’s premier supplier of survey and mapping equipment and software. Under this agreement, Cegak Teknologi will offer Event 38’s flagship E384 drone combined with its proprietary software to surveying and construction clients in Malaysia and throughout Southeast Asia.
The E384 drone has a two hour flight time, carries a one kilogram payload and can cover a distance of 70 kilometers. Combined with an Event 38 custom optical sensor, the E384 can fly 1,000 acres in a single flight and provide orthorectified imagery and elevation models at the two centimeter level for civil engineering, surveying, and construction applications.
