Aeroworks set to bring Aerialtronics to US market
Aeroworks Productions LLC is positioning itself to be the go to company for commercial UAV sales service and training in the US. Owned and operated by Adam Andrews, a pilot and security professional for over 20 years, Aeroworks specializes in UAV systems for Law Enforcement, Fire Rescue and industrial inspection. “We evaluate the customer’s needs and customize a system that best suits them. Whether its flight time, payload or ruggedness, we take all parameters in to account when selecting a system for our customers.”
Training is also a big part of Aeroworks offerings. Right now, any civilian flying drones without a special permit is doing so illegally, and could face heavy fines. Operating UAVs without any aviation knowledge poses serious safety and security threats, creating a dangerous traffic situation in the sky. Aeroworks offers Private Pilot Ground School which prepares students for the FAA Private Pilot Knowledge Test, the first step toward pilot certification, through the study of flight navigation, safety, emergency procedures, meteorology, runway and airspace logistics and FAA regulations with special emphasis on UAS and UAV systems.
For law enforcement agencies and fire departments, Aeroworks facilitates much of the leg work required to obtain a COA or Certificate of Authorization so they can operate legally as well as offers specialized training for officers.
