To support its operations in Ukraine the Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe has put out an urgent request for UAS. They are perhaps required to help with the security of staff and rapid mapping of ground surrounding the Malaysian Airlines flight MH17 crash site.

The Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe (OSCE) hereby solicits your bid for a turnkey solution for Provision of Unarmed Aerial Vehicle (UAV) Services in Ukraine in accordance with the requirements stipulated in the ITB Documents.
