Gene Robinson was awarded the Spectra Award for recognition of his expertise in the field of UAS application for Search and Rescue and Search and Recovery efforts over the past nine plus years. Patrick Egan said of Gene, “people often ask me if I know a UAS expert, and I usually say I know “one” guy who’s a true expert. He’s from Texas and his name is Gene Robinson!”

This award will hopefully be an annual award, but as Patrick Egan noted, “those are some pretty big boots to fill.”

Congratulations to Mr. Gene Robison for being recognized for all of his hard work and dedication towards humanitarian needs.
